PURCHASING POLICY
Payment can be made either by credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer. If you would like to use other payment methods, please contact us using the form in the Contact Us tab.
Reservations can be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the same way, it is advisable to reserve at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and the best service.
When booking, 100% of the experience amount is paid. *For cash payment, check the available tours on the website (*Pay after).
Cancellation Fees
The consumer can cancel the requested services at any time according to the established conditions.
If you want to make changes to your reservation or purchase, you can email us at info@dbcntours.com.
If you wish to cancel the reservation or purchase, you can do so by sending an email to info@dbcntours.com, providing your personal information, the reservation number, the name of the tour, the date of the reservation and the means of payment .
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, no fee will be charged.
If canceled less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled less than 72 hours in advance, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation fees for company outings, incentives and company events
If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, no fee will be charged.
If canceled less than 15 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation in case of atmospheric conditions
Rain is not usually a problem, so tours are also run in the rain. If you need to change the tour for this reason, please let us know. We can try to arrange a change of schedule for your tour (subject to availability).
If weather conditions pose a problem or hazard to the tour, or if your safety could be compromised, we will attempt to find an alternative date at no cost. If the change is not possible, you could refund up to 100% of the amount.
In the event that we have to suspend a tour for reasons beyond our control, I will offer you an alternative in the form of another tour or date, subject to your availability and our schedule. If this is not possible, you could refund up to 100% of the amount.
